1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided:
✅ The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (with tags/receipt).
✅ The return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Products altered, used, or damaged after delivery.
❌ Items without proof of purchase.
❌ Perishable, custom, or personal care items (e.g., beauty products).

2. Customer Responsibility

  • Compatibility: Buyers must verify product specs (e.g., phone holder requires a magnetic case). No refunds for compatibility issues.

  • Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the error is ours.

3. How to Request a Return

  2. Include: Order #, photos/video of the issue, and reason for return.

  3. We’ll respond within 3 business days with approval/next steps.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved returns: Refund issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the item.

  • Store credit: Offered at our discretion (e.g., for ineligible returns).

5. Exceptions

  • Sale items: Final sale unless defective.

  • Fraud prevention: We reserve the right to deny returns if misuse is suspected.

6. Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We’ll replace or refund at no cost.
